Edge Trimmer
Permits your Littell Scroll Sheeting System to edge trim coil.*
Littell Edge Trimmer is complete with motors and controls, integrated with standard scroll sheeting system line drive systems.
• Two head assemblies - each head having a “fine” adjustment for position of horizontal clearance between upper and lower cutting blades and vertical overlap of upper and lower blades
• Shimless tooling is mechanically locked into the arbor via a spring lock mechanism
• Cutting blades and pinch rolls are driven by a gear head motor for inching and threadup purposes only
• An idler (ironing) roll is used between the pinch rolls and the cutting blades to assure that the strip is flat, thereby maintaining the coil width dimension

The Littell Motor Driven Scrap Conveyor works with the Edge Trimmer to further increase the productivity of your scroll sheeting system.
