Shear Exchange

Extend the life of your existing Littell Scroll Sheeting System with a BR-4E Shear Exchange. Littell will supply a completely re-built and updated shear in exchange for your existing unit.



• Shear is completely refurbished mechanically, including all new bushings, bearings, etc.

• Ram machined to accept die clamps at a later date if not purchased with shear replacement option.

• Shear fitted with a new air floatation bolster.

• Shear fitted with new lexan guards and magnetic interlocks.

• Footprint of replacement unit is the same as the original, eliminating need for floor rework, and reduced downtime in change out.

• Existing shear drive motor to be used - no change to line drives is required.

• Overall installation and start-up period can be as short as four - five days - depending on the vintage.

• Costs less than a new shear.

• Shear carries standard one year warranty from date of shipment.
