Nematron Replacement Package

Update your existing line with the latest Windows based operator interface. Littell can design a package for your particular line vintage.

We are pleased to advise the availability of an engineered package for those lines originally fitted with Nematron CRT’s.

Littell Nematron Replacement Package Pt# 317896

Littell LM/BR lines shipped from 1983 to 1991 were fitted with either single or dual Nematron operator interface for input of operation data. These terminals have been obsolete for some time and newer direct replacements do not communicate with Unico or Reliance drive processors.

This package includes:

New Windows based PC (IBM compatible) with sufficient speed and memory to handle the minimal data transfer.
PLC to handle the exchange between Unico and Reliance drive processors.
CRT (appx. 15") for display of line operation data, input of job parameters (i.e. feed length, piler pre-sets, etc.), and direct operator interface.

Note: Existing operator's console would be retained, only the Nematron workstation would be replaced.

Package would include interconnecting wiring, software, and documentation.
