LITTELL HAS NEW OWNERSHIP

On November 23, 2009, LITTELL, LLC purchased the operating assets, of Littell International, Inc. 

LITTELL, LLC is owned by Kevin Roberts who has a long history in the container and coil processing industry as he is also the owner of Perfecto Industries.  The acquisition of LITTELL rounds out the product offerings of the companies owned by Mr. Roberts.

The new company, LITTELL, LLC will continue operation in Schaumburg, Illinois. All employees of the former company have been retained by LITTELL, LLC

Perfecto Industries will continue operations in Piqua, Ohio and Gaylord, Michigan.

Perfecto Industries and LITTELL, LLC will be working together to focus on customer service and product offerings that meet the needs of the International markets they serve.
